I am so glad you’re here! My name is Stacy Tarrh and I am a physical therapist (DPT), a certified pilates instructor (Balanced Body), as well as a certified holistic health coach (CHHC). These three areas of specialty compliment each other perfectly have have allowed me to create my own wellness niche.
